Central Staff
We have well experienced senior staff that carries out recruitment from authorized recruitment centers of armed and paramilitary forces. The character antecedents are verified through authorized police sources. The recruited personnel are put through extensive training and only they are deployed on duty Adapting to the special needs of our client’s and individualizing our services is our company policy. Hence guards are recruited for each Post, keeping in mind the personality and profile desired by the client. Our essential recruitment necessities are as follows:
- Must be physically fit and mentally robust.
- Should be minimum matriculate but Intermedi ates are preferred and age in the span of 21-40 years.
- Should be able to read and write in Hindi & English and should have a high level of IQ.
- Must have reliable references in Bangalore or at the Branch office areas
We strongly believe that our guards are the backbone and therefore their performance and personality reflect upon our Standards. To ensure that the guards match up to the high Standards in quality, all our guards have to undergo a selection process where they are screened for their qualities of intelligence, interest, courtesy, integrity and motivation and individuals who can operate under stressful situation and communicate well.
CENTRAL STAFF
Our staff at headquarters consists of experienced officers and even well trained security guards,we have a well knit team of our field staff who always put in co-ordinates efforts in supervising the security staff performing their duties. They carry out checking during day and night and maintain discipline to the entire satisfaction of our clients. They even carry out on-the-job training. Our staff remains always in touch with our clients and we also send a written report in this connection, if required.

VALUE ADDED SERVICE
- Availability of 24 hours manned Security Control Room to respond to client management as wellas the guards deployed.
- Constant supervision of the guards at no extra cost duly the visits by Manager (Operations), Area Managers and Field Officers.
- On the job training at the post regularly to include knowledge of the guard about his duty post, reactions in the event of any contingency and awareness of the capabilities of the guarding team.
- Creating and maintaining a "Security Presence" and high visibility by various means in order to detect crime and to ensure peace of mind for visitors and staff at the client's premises.
- Our entire operational staff is equipped with mobile phones and wireless sets on requirement basis for prompt communication.
Character Of Duties
Our GRS Security & Allied Services perform following duties after getting charge of performing their professional skills: They perform duties and patrol complexes from the main gates to every inch of within and along the periphery.
They record the details of all the visitors; carry out the screening and searching. Our personnel will issue entrance passes to the visitors as directed by the management of our Client. If required our security staff escort them to the concerned officer for ensuring strict security. They mark the attendance of the staff and the workers on registers or through punching machines.
They keep proper record of incoming and outgoing material through gate passes and Challans. Our supervisory staff carries out day and night checking of our Staff Guards. They keep proper Record of issue and receipt of keys. They carry out periodical firefighting practices as directed by the management. They maintain firefighting registers indicating date and time of carrying out fire Fighting practices along with details of personnel who attended firefighting practices. Our administrative staff carries out surprise checks of the stores and equipment’s. They carry out the checking of the transport either personal transport of company Vehicle, if desired. They assist management in the matters concerning security. Our Staff Guards will maintain both incoming & out going registers.
